What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve clients throughout Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, Centerton, and Gentry. Services outside our standard NWA service area are available and may be subject to additional travel fees.

What does a typical project cost?

Every home and project is unique, so every quote is customized to your specific needs, scope, and desired budget. Projects start at 1, 500–2,500 for a typical one-day session, and we’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your priorities and budget.

Do you work on weekends?

We do work weekends, but its billed at a 50% increase for labor.

Will you judge my mess?

Never. We’ve seen it all, and we promise a completely judgment-free experience — every time.

Do I need to be there for the whole project?

We ask clients to be present for the editing portion and final walkthrough of each session. Because decluttering requires decisions about what stays, is donated, or is discarded, client involvement is essential during this phase. Once editing is complete, there is more flexibility for the client to step away.

However, we often recommend planning a work-from-home day to ensure the session is as efficient and successful as possible.

What happens to the stuff I don't keep?

As part of our full-service approach, we take care of all trash and donations generated during your session, so you don’t have to. This service is included in your project estimate.

How do I get started?

How long does the organizing process typically take?

Every project is different, but two of the biggest factors are the volume of items in your space and your individual pacing during the editing process. A space with a higher volume of belongings naturally takes more time to sort, edit, and organize. Likewise, some clients make decisions quickly, while others prefer more time to thoughtfully consider what they’re ready to keep, donate, or let go of.

There’s no right or wrong pace. Our team is trained to meet you where you are and guide you through the editing process without pressure.

Do I need to buy any baskets or bins before you come?

We maintain a large local inventory of organizing products and bring the items we need with us to each session. Our collection is made up of tried-and-true products we know, trust, and prefer to use when creating functional, sustainable systems. We select each product based on your space, aesthetic, needs, and budget—so there’s no shopping required beforehand and the final result is both beautiful and practical.

I have ADHD. Can you create systems that will actually work for me?

Absolutely. Our team has experience and specialized training working with individuals with ADHD, autism, OCD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and more. While our organizing process remains the same, how we walk through it with you is highly individualized.

We consider your routines, decision-making style, mental and emotional bandwidth, and how you naturally use your space to create systems you’ll actually be able to use.
