Before moving forward, it’s important to note that the job of a professional organizer may differ from what you’ve seen on television. While organizing can be fulfilling and transformative for our clients, the reality of the job involves a great deal of physical effort and mental focus. From lifting and moving heavy items to occasionally assembling furniture and managing various projects, this role requires the ability to pivot, stay flexible, and maintain a strong work ethic. You’ll be on your feet all day, sometimes in extreme temperatures, and you’ll need to bring your best energy and mindset, every day. This role is not for the faint of heart—but the rewards of seeing a space transformed and helping people are incredible!

Job Details and Requirements:
  • Hours: Availability to work between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week.

  • Transportation: You must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.

  • Physical Requirements: The job requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, go up and down stairs frequently, and lift or carry up to 30 pounds.

  • Job Environment: Be prepared to work in varying temperatures, including summer and winter, especially when working in garage settings.

  • Position Type: This is a 1099 position, meaning hours are flexible but not guaranteed. Work hours may change unexpectedly, so we need adaptable and flexible team members who can handle changing schedules.

  • Pay: Compensation is negotiable and depends on experience, availability, and skills.

Our Hiring Process:
  1. Interview: The first step is an in-depth interview, where we’ll discuss your experience and how it aligns with the needs of our organization.

  2. Working Interview: This is where things get real! We’ll ask you to complete 1-3 working interviews to give you a true sense of what the job entails. During these interviews, we’ll evaluate your problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and how well you handle the physical and mental demands of the job. You’ll be supervised the entire time to ensure the quality of work matches our company standards of excellence.

  3. Hiring and Onboarding: If you’ve made it through the working interviews and we’re all on the same page, congratulations! You’ll officially join our team, and we’ll begin the onboarding process.
